My Morning Routine For Successful Day

Morning routine, day routine, evening routine… Is this really so important? All successful people are having it ? My response would be yes. All the routine we established in our life are important and brought us to the place we are now. In this post I will share morning routine that works the best and all of us can do it – chose our own.

1. WARM LEMON WATER

I am sure you heard this before. Lemon is a natural antioxidant and works wonders in combination with warm water. The best time is of course, in the morning, when your stomach is empty and your body needs rehydration from sleep. Start putting this into your morning habit and you will have plenty of health benefits from it.

2. NO SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE FIRST HOUR

First hour after you wake up should be all about you. Enjoy in a new morning with lemon water and stretching, play some motivational podcast for a kick start or read a few pages of the book. You will notice huge difference in the way how your days go with implementing this little but important habit by not using social medias.

3. JOURNALING

One more life changing habit is journaling. My opinion is that everyone should have a journal book/ planner where you can write down your thoughts, the things you are grateful for and plan your day accordingly. This way your day will not be โ€˜wasted โ€˜ and ensure to take a maximum from the day. Do minimum one and thing or task which will make you better or improve your skills.

4. KICK-START EXERCISE

I was one of those people who no matter how long they sleep- they wake up tired. Although I actually love exercising in the afternoon/ evening, I have started doing 15 min exercise in the morning just to boost my energy. You can do anything- cardio, squats, push ups… really anything. The point is to move your body and increase the blood circulation so you get needed energy for the day.

5. DRESS FOR SUCCESS

Even you go for work, some important meetings or only staying and working from home – my mantra is to be always best version of yourself. Put on you something what makes you feel good and confident, do your best make up & hair and you will be ready to kick the day. 6. BE KIND

The last but not least- be kind to others and yourself. People often forget this important purpose we all have, kindness in a key- it opens the โ€˜ironโ€™ doors and can make a huge difference in anyone life. Help if you can, compliment someone and you will make not only their day- but yours as well.

  1. These are some great suggestions. Lemon water sounds delicious.
    I firmly believe that it’s best to dress up even when working from home. Dressing up definitely helps to boost confidence.
    I usually use Instagram or twitter when I first wake up to check my notifications. But after reading your post, I will try to not use it that first hour and see how I feel ๐Ÿ™‚
